Security & IT
Alarms, access control, CCTV, networks and the practical side of keeping systems running. It's hands-on work, and there's always something new to learn.
I'm someone who enjoys getting stuck into things, learning as I go, and seeing how different pieces fit together. I work around security systems and IT, but outside of work I'm just as happy tinkering with a home-lab, working on the house, building something, picking up a camera, or heading outside for a walk.
I wouldn't call myself an expert in all of these things — far from it. Some are part of my work, some are hobbies, and some are simply things I've become curious about. I just enjoy learning, making things and seeing where an idea goes.

Servers, networking, Proxmox, storage and little experiments at home. Mostly because I enjoy understanding how things work.
Renovating, building, fixing, wiring, improving the garage and slowly making our home feel more like ours.
A walk around the backyard, a hike, a bike ride or finding somewhere new nearby. Nothing too serious — just getting outside.
Less of a skills list, more a snapshot of what tends to keep me curious when I'm not working.
The work I do — alarms, access control, CCTV and making different systems work together.
Servers, Proxmox, networking and storage. A place to learn by trying.
Home projects, garage ideas, lighting, wiring, storage and whatever the next weekend brings.
Learning to shoot and edit without taking myself too seriously.
Getting outside, exploring nearby and remembering that not everything happens at a desk.
Rides, new places, random ideas and anything that sounds like it might be fun.
Whether it's a project, a technical question, a DIY idea, a place to explore, a recommendation, or something completely random — I'm always happy to have a chat.
